Bride & Groom birth certificates
Divorce decree (if applicable)
Death certificate (if applicable)
Affidavit stating that the individual is single and free to marry (formal letter notarized by a notary public)
Letter detailing the bride and groom’s occupation
Names and addresses of the parents of both parties and both parents’ occupations.
Certified copies of these documents should be forwarded to the hotel at least 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
